Booking Information, Terms and Conditions

  1. A 25% deposit is required to secure all advance bookings, although those booked online will be paid in full on booking. Any refunds will be subject to costs of processing payments.
  2. No booking will be considered to be confirmed until the deposit and booking form (or in the case of online bookings, the full payment) have been received (in  the case of cheques, the cheque must have cleared for the deposit to be deemed received).
  3. All information contained in the booking form must be complete and accurate at the time of completion.  Any changes must be notified as soon as possible, to allow us to make our best efforts to accommodate those changes.
  4. All deposits are non-refundable, except where a cancellation is made at least 14 days in advance of the first date booked and we are subsequently able to let  the room/s out. In this case,deposits minus expenses incurred as a result of payments may be refunded.
  5. All payments must be completed before leaving.  Final payments may be made by credit card (online), debit card (online) or cash. 
  6. We regret that animals are not permitted to stay in the house.
  7. As required by law, Waring Bank is completely smoke free.  We would ask that all guests respect this, and refrain from smoking in the house, out of the windows or in front of doors. 
  8. As is the case for all such establishments, visitors’ belongings are not covered by the house insurance – please ensure that your own home contents insurance covers any valuable items you chose to bring with you.  
  9. Responsibility for the security of each room lies with the guests.  We do require all doors and windows to be secured before you leave the property.
  10. Any damage caused during your stay (including accidental damage) must be reported as soon as possible, and associated costs may be charged to your account.
  11. In the event that you lose your room keys, this MUST be reported immediately and the cost of replacement keys and/or locks may be charged to your account.
  12. If anyone in your group has any allergies to any food, cleaning products, etc. it is the responsibility of the person making the booking to make that clear at the time of booking.  In the case of severe or limiting allergies, information MUST be passed to us at Waring Bank BEFORE booking, to ensure that we are able to accommodate needs.
